            Sannas          Sannas are goan steamed rice cakes that is typically enjoyed with sorpotel, a widespread dish in Goa. They can be plain, the batter which contains of rice and coconut, fermented with toddy or goddachem/chunachi sannas, the batter which consists of rice, fermented toddy and s filled with cocnut and jaggery mix.                            Pork Sorpotel   A zesty pork recipe which duly has its own follower base and most of the time is the heart of meal-time chat in any goan celebration. It is said to have originated by the Portuguese and Goa brings on the tradition.                        Already, while it is cooking on the fire, one gets tempted by the dark red meat curry. The aromas are just incredible, spicy hot but lots of depths from the pork and some special ingredients, which give the recipe a fine touch.
