                          Pork Sorpotel
A zesty pork recipe which duly has its own follower base and most of the time is the heart of meal-time chat in any goan celebration. It is said to have originated by the Portuguese and Goa brings on the tradition.

Already, while it is cooking on the fire, one gets tempted by the dark red meat curry. The aromas are just incredible, spicy hot but lots of depths from the pork and some special ingredients, which give the recipe a fine touch. In Goa, Sorpotel is often go together with "sanna" - a spongy, white, and a touch of sweet steamed rice and coconut bread.
